Any WIi chip that plays import games?

Is there any chip for the Wii that lets the Wii play import Wii games, and backups of the import Wii games as well? If not, is there one coming out soon?

Which chip is better? WiiKey or CycloWiz? As far as I know both are getting updates via DVDs, right? Which is more likely to get import support updates?

my cyclowiz can play NTSC-US games

I've read some places that those two chips only plays some NTSC games (I have a PAL wii).. You sure it plays any game of any region?

well from what i heard is that there is a patcher out which can patch games to turn NTSC to PAL or vice versa, which can benefit the cyclowiz and wiinja, but the wiikey doesn't need this as it's full compatible with all games. If it isn't though, its fully upgradeable so can be updated to all games in the future.

Awesome. I asked some dude on another forum about the patcher, and he said it may mess up the wii (not permanently), so it'll turn off sometimes.

anyway, about the WiiKey. If they do an update regarding the different regions, can they make the wii completely region free, or will it be like they do new updates when new games come out (sort of like how the Xbox 360 needs new updates as they add "new" orignial xbox games to the library)?

I believe the other chip I've read about is called WiiXT. If the WiiKey will turn the Wii completely region free, does the WiiXT have any advantages over WiiKey?

my bad the wiikey doesn't play all region games I was wrong, but is still upgradeable:
