I HAVE Nero 6 NOT 7 I NEED HELP BURNING THE FILES ONTO A DISC.

IU SED DVD Shrink TO SHRINK THE FILE & I SAVE IT TO A FOLDER ON MY C DRIVE
HOW DO I BURN IT ONTO A DISC USING Nero 6
