im a noob and wanna ask,can anybody guide me downgrade my psp 2.6v to 1.5v w/o using gta exploit then im gonna upgrade to 3.03OE-c thx in advancce

sure, download at the NOOBZ homebrew app ... :)

Upgrade to 2.8 http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/663
Then use the downgrader http://www.noobz.eu/joomla/index.php?opt...c=fileinfo&id=8
