is there anyway to break the copyright on a cd? cause i have DVD Decrypter but it wont recognize a plain cd.

that is because DVD Decrypter cant read cd's it only reads dvd's
use

For all ps1 games use Alcohol 120% It has a "playstation compatability" mode.
