cucusoft jerky video

Hi all,

I use cucusoft version 3.22 to convert my TV show dvds to my ipod. But i get an issue sometimes with jerky video. The video/audio stays in sync ok but the video jerks a lot. I dont get this with all my dvds only some.

Is there a setting i can adjust to fix the jerky video???

Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Thanks for your responses.

I do already have 5.28.

I tried contacting their tech support 3 times via email and have yet to get a response.

I did try other conversion programs and this did work ok. I have about 4 different converters and if something doesn't work in one, i try it on another. I've always been finding one that works.

However the video still jerks in cucusoft.

But at least it doesn't stop me from my converting.
