GIGABEAT F20 HELP!!!

I have gigabeat f20, without the CD, and i've installed the 3.0 firmware on it. NOw it freezes half-way into loading. Some times, it just says system error. I tired to drag the "GYSYSTEM" file into the gigabeat. and says nothing on HD. Can someone please HELP!!!!... I've tried everything. The new FIRMWARE messed it up. Can someone please tell me when i can get the old ones, the 2.0 eiditons?
