Computer freezing/weird boot up messages

Every time i start my computer and it loads my computer up my wallpaper comes up and it says


At the top right another box comes up saying something about personal settings in the directory
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sms.exe
and when i click ok in the first image mentioned it comes up again.
My computer runs fine but if I leave it alone it freezes and i cant click anything but i can move the mouse around but nothing is clickable

nevermind I fixed it :) rebooted in safe mode and deleted sms.exe and sms in system 32 and it was a trojan
