ATI TV Wonder 200

I bought a ATI TV Wonder 200 tv card and had some problems getting the software installed. After searching the net I found out the Catalyst Media Center software is very buggy. Can anybody suggest some free software that will work for this card. I am very new ti tv cards and dont really know where to start. If I cant get this thing working smoothly I am going to try to return it if I have to do that can anybody suggest a good tv tuner card . Thanks
