Hi, i have been burning for awhile and i'm using 1 clickdvd copy 5 and AnyDVD , but now when i go to copy the movie DERPARTED a error keeps coming up that it may be decyrpted so it tells me to shut down the decyrpter and start any dvd first which i did and they are both updated. It wont even finish copying the file and the error comes up. I need help .

Hi maddie24
This one doesn't have anything special on it so should be a problem. But try using Shrink instead of 1Click. Free and you can run AnyDVD in the background also.

Hi maddie.
This is kinda off the subject but you should consider switching to DVDFAB platinum for your dvd burning program. it is 3 times better than 1click and once you buy it your done...no yearly update fee's.
