Best Buy is finally back. Only looked at those 2 and Circuit City so far.

BB doesn't sell TYs. As far as what to look for on the Verbs, look for packaging that reads "Verbatim". Good luck.

There are no Verb TYs in North America. That's only in Europe.
The only way to get rebranded TYs retail is to buy Sony-brand disks that have white octagonal spacers at the top of their packaging.

Easy, if Best Buy is out, go to Office Max, they'll price match. They rarely call & Verify if Best Buy has any in stock.

If you really want TY+R, SMS has them for $77.99/200/shipped - http://www.supermediastore.com/taiyo-yud..._DVD02X0098-200
Also, Shop4Tech has the TY+R for $30.50/100/shipped if you use Google Checkout and a 10% coupon. I've bought from S4T and they code out as the 002. Keep in mind these are 8x, but why burn faster?
Verbs for $12.99/50 at BestBuy is a great bargain, too. Good prices on great media can be found if you just keep looking. And this site is a great place to start. Lots of great folks with a ton of knowledge and info.

Verbs are cheaper still at Newegg after mail-in rebate, especially if you have a sales tax in your state like I do. $23.40/100 16X +Rs

I'm waitin for a really good Sony sale too. The local Sears has about 5 50 disc spindles of 8X MIJs and I need a really good price match. Its going to have to be at least less than $.25/disc after taxes before I pick em up.
