Hello everyone,newbie here.

I have a Panasonic DMR-EH75V.It works great other than I cannot move my home movies to my computer for editing or playing .My computer does not recognize the disk( no errors, nothing) but other DVD movies work fine.I did finalize the disk and they work great in the panasonic but I am confused as to why it is not working in my computer.Do I need additional software a change of a computer setting .All I am trying to do is move my daughters first ball game from a VHS tape to a DVD then transfer to my computer so I can e-mail it to her.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how best to accomplish this task?

I did do a search but since I am not sure what I am doing wrong I might be looking in the wrong areas.
