I am trying to burn a psx game i tried alchool 120% but the lower speed is 32x and with nero7 the lower speed is 10x and i know the max writing speed is not higher than 4x so which program is the best?

Have you tried CloneCD yet? I don't remember off-hand the lowest speed they give you, but it's worth a try.
