Gamecube backups Semi-Problem

Hi all

I managed to play some Gamecube backups on my Wii, however even though burnt in the same manner some won't work (and they're all perfectly sized to 1,459,978,240 bytes)

What could the reason be? I used Nero (same settings for all) to burn them because with IMGburn they just didn't work at all :/

Two of the games not working are Harvest Moon Another Wrld and Zelda Collectors Edt.

could it be that I should use something like viper / qoob and those stuff to run it on the wii?
