Im gonna look extremely dumb for asking this question, but im running windows xp pro sp2 inst. and im having trouble installing the aforementioned printer. Im doing everything as asked, printer is not turned on during software install, then when it asks for the printer to be turned on and plugged into usb port i do that. But something happens......it doesn't pick up. After plugging in the printer, i get this little thing with the yellow question mark in my computer mgmt screen, that says "USB Composite Device", and i cant seem to find the driver for it. Is there any known issues with this printer, can anyone offer advice...holla back
