My psp is a little dinged up with scratches,cracks, and even dust inside the screen. I have a 1 year warranty that expires July something. Would this be a good time to pick up a new psp, one of my friends has an unpatched LCS, which I could use to downgrade. I was also wondering how high custom firmware, or devhook goes for the new engine psps? Thanks in advance.

Get a new psp,get GTA LCS that is 2.0 and go to 3.03oe-c.Dont use Devhook cuz oe is better.

You won't be able to get it returned unless its internal damage, such as it doesn't turn on.

For damage like that you won't be able to get it returned. It still works right? So unless where you buy it cover for physical damage, you cannot get it returned.
