R4DS Questions

Hi there. I recently purchased the R4DS card for my DS. I'm still shocked at what it can do. But, I have three questions that hopefully, you, the people on this board, will be able to answer.

1) All those game saves that I can download off of gamefaqs - how do I use them on the R4 card? Do I have to convert them first?
2) What format does the videos have to be in in order for me to watch? 3) Is there some way that the R4 card can play GBA roms without having to buy another cartridge or something similar to that?

1) I am 99% sure you can, but you will need to convert the save at least once, but probably 2 times for it to work.
You need to find a program to convert the save into a Supercard/M3/Ez-Flash save (I don't know what it's called)
You will then need to convert that into an M3 DS Simply save using the save tool found here.

2).DPG i use BatchDPG (google it) to convert my videos.
