I am new to mp3/mp4 devices in general. My grand-daughters wanted IPods for Christmas but with 3 of them....way too much money! I bought 3 mp3/mp4 players from 3 different foreign sellers on Ebay. One worked for awhile but now is completely dead, won't power up or charge. One works fine so far. The other is not recognized by my PC as a removable disk device; it shows up as a Mobile Device and when I double click on it, it takes me to an empty folder that doesn't allow me to add any music files, etc. Any help you can give me on either problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
