I have access to Nero versions 6.0.0.x, 6.6.0.19, 6.6.1.5(I think it's .5) and Nero 7 Essentials. Nero7 came with my new DVDRW I got last week. Nero7 has NO DVD-video support! At all! And the other versions will not do any coverting; VisonExpress keeps asking me to buy some type of plug-in. These are all bundled versions of Nero that came w/ different brands of DVDRW's. And another thing: all these Nero's have totally different app's built-in, one has Re-Code, one doesn't, etc. So far, I think I like 6.6.1.5 the best. And I think Nero 7 Essentials (at least the bundled OEM version) is total crap-ola! In really small print near the serial number for Nero 7 it says DVD Video & SVCD support not inlcuded! What a crock. What's the best way to burn DVD's from .avi's with any of these Nero's? I have yet to burn a video w/ Nero. Any help, ideas, suggestions will be appreciated!
