i saw this grand theft game at circuit city for $20. it has the back cover of the unpatched grand theft with the pictures of the boats and everything. does that mean i could downgrade my 2.81 psp with this?

i sawed GTA LCS unpatched on E-Bay.On E-Bay you can also buy PSP that are already upgraded or downgraded.Like PSPoe-c or oe-a that have PSX emulators,gba,isos and csos compatibility...
