Total video converter uninstall questions

TVC glitched on me a bit so I tried an uninstall/reinstall. When it was back up the same problem occoured and I noticed that all my preferences were the same.
I uninstalled again, searched and found left folders and deleted, deleted from the registry and reinstalled.
Preferences are still there.
Does anyone know how to completely uninstall this software?

go to the control pannel and go to the add or remove programs and uninstall it from there

I thank you for the suggestion, but I've tried to remove it every way possible.
Control Panel (as you suggested)
CCleaner
Spybot
Everything is uninstalled and removed as far as I can fathom.
There has to be some additional part of the software registered under a different name to remain after all the cleaning I have done.
