Maintain menus, preview audio channels ?

Hi,

I'm using DVD Decrypter to rip and un-region my DVD backups, DVD Shrink to fit them onto a DVD and CloneDVD to burn the re-authored files back onto a DVD+RW (sounds long winded but it works).

Is there any way to maintain the original DVD menu so that any video channels included with DVD Shrink are still accessible from it ? The way it works at the moment is I put the main movie as the first video channel and then put on any extra features that can fit.

Is there also a way to preview the ripped audio channels ? I've come across a problem where a directors commentary is the default channel on one player while the movie audio is the default on another.
