i can't erase Nero burn after an error during the instalation.

this error appear when i try uninstall Nero burn using control panel.
Internal Error

Custom Action DLL crashed on last call in function
'NeroAg_UnregisterComEx". The Installer must now exit.

I don't know the best answer to your question, but you might use the pasted info and see if you can find the gadget and delete. I have no idea how this might effect your system, so be careful.

You might do a registry search prior to deleting it to see if the file is referenced there.

Maybe I misunderstood. Try using the Nero Clean tools to uninstall. I don't think anyone uses the control panel.
