maybe the iso/cso is fake.
If it is download one from www.pspiso.com
First you need to register,login and then go to the forums to search isos/csos.

Is your mem card fake,cuz i heard of many people complaining about their isos aint working cuz the mem card is fake.
Also oe-a cant play all the isos and csos like oe-c.
