Problem with TS-L532R for HP pavilion DV1315

I own a HP Pavllion DV1315 Laptop which came with TS-L532R Combo DVD +- R Writer. I have been not able to burn a single perfect DVD with it. I have used all media types and lot of DVD writer programs,but it does not work.
These TS-L532R burn only CD`s perfect. But does not burn DVD and some times, it not read DVDs too.

What Should I do? It's easy to change these CD/DVD ROM ?
