Im having trouble backing up a few of my dvds, mainly Casino Royale. Im not sure whats going on, but I have a hunch that the copyright software isnt cutting it and from what I've heard Decrypter is no longer in production. Is there something new that I can copy an ISO from my DVDs from?
Im still having a problem. I used ripit but when i try to open the image in dvdshrink, it says DVD Shrink has encountered an error and cannot continue. Invalid DVD navigation structure.
Have you read through this thread. Ripit4me supposedly should work on Casino Royale. Personally I used AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. This thread tells how others were able to rip and burn Casino Royale.
If you have ripit4me installed (latest version), you should not have to open the file in shrink. If you use one click method, file should open automatically in Shrink. Do you have the proper path to Shrink set in preferences? I did not use ripit4me for CR, but am confident that it will work.
Ive tried a fewer newer movies, but they work fine. Im lead to beleive that Sony is trying some new protection thing, but I will try a few different programs once im home from work, see if that helps.
I would think you have a bad pressed disc. Exchange it and see if it will copy. Too many people are having success with Ripit4me. Try doing just the movie! Reauthor in Shrink.
I used AnyDVD to copy it, and it opened right up into Shrink. Thanks for the help. Anytime I come here I always get good knowledgeable reponses anytime I need help.
