hey can anybody help me ive got a problem lyk the previus post when i click X on GTA Vice city stories it stays blak. Am on 3.03 OE-C and i have NO-UMD Enable and Free Region i tried BOTH and it wudnt turn on.

some games play on different speeds(cpu) go into boot menu by pressing R and holding down for three seconds while pushing up on your power button, now locate CPU and change your speed to 266 it should work i hav'nt tried GTA but this is a common problem with other games if it dose'nt work try a higher speed
