Shooters:
Attack of the Mutants
Atom is a really great homebrew game. You get to shoot mutant space pizzas. Unfortunately, this game can get repetitive, but there is a mod feature, adding many more hours of play. Very Addictive.
Iris
It's in it's early stages, but I think it could easily become a great homebrew game. Awesome shooter.
Doom
This is one of my favorites. The ability to play doom on the go. You can also play other custom wads.

One of the best psp shooters. It is also tons of fun and very difficult.
