Help with yoshi touched download play

Hi I have 2 m3 lites and two ds lites one flashed 1 not. I am trying to play Yoshi touches multilayer mode through download play. Of course I am using the flashed ds to receive data.

The problem I am having is after like 2-4 matches the game has a link error. This only seems to be the case with this game so far. All the other download play games seem to work. Also I followed the directions on how to set up your game manager for that rom.

I am starting to think they put the wrong setup
