After downloading VC game... ALL REMOTES DONT WORK

I'm REALLY pissed off. My Wii is 3 days old. I just downloaded Bonk's Revenge via the Shop Channel, and once it was downloaded... NONE of my four remotes, or any controllers, work. NONE.

I can't turn the Wii on or off with the remotes. They will not sync. No matter what button I press, the LED lights at the bottom all flash 3 times. I now have a $300 paperweight. Just bloody fantastic. I tried changing batteries. I tried unplugging the power cord and re-plugging it. I tried syncing all four remotes. NOTHING is working. I can't get past the title screen!

This ever happen to anyone else???

Ahhhhhaha lol
I got this problem a long time ago. I thought my bro broke it, I got so angry at him, the next day it just started working. Try to sync your wiimote one at a time.

Or if that doesnt work, check if your sensor bar is working.

try taking out the disc and resetting and re sync..


I had this problem but it was just batteries for me .

also take the cord from the back of the wii out and press the power button ...then replace and start up ??

What you might have to do is clear out your synched remotes.

1)Remove the batteries from the Wii Remote
2)Startup your Wii console and wait for the health screen (black, tells you to push A)
3)Hold the synch button down on the Wii console for 20 seconds.
4)Restart the console and resynch your remote.


If that doesn't work call up Nintendo, they were pretty good about fixing/replacing things when I had to deal with them. (just have to jump through a few hoops)

hey, dont worry your wii and your remotes are totally ok. only wii games work with the remotes. every other game: gamecube, virtual console games are not working with the wii remote - you got to plug in either a gamecube pad or a original wii gamepad.
