Not to be harsh but please learn how to use Google, I typed in "wiikey" (without the quotes) and the first listing was....

This is the official Wiikey site, and one of the predominant links on their page is for resellers....

And I am sure if you use that thing between your ears you can figure out that for one of the resellers listed in your area one will install the chip.

i am not in the usa area, i am in the canada area. so can u just tell me which one of my resellers will install the chip for me? yes i am noob lol
