Using both DVD decryter and DVD Shrink...I try and open the disc and get the following error message:

ParseVTS Runtime Exception!
File VTS_23_0.IFO

After the error message, the program freezes. I've never seen this error message and have used these programs 2000+ times.

Any help would be appreciated. The movie is "Open Season"

You need to use DVDFab Decrypter or RipIt4Me on this movie.

I agree with dialysis1.

I recommend this one because the revised version of Shrink supports burning with ImgBurn instead of the older DVD Decrypter burner ware supported by the original Shrink 3.2. I've used RipIt4Me for the most difficult new releases, like Casino Royale. It processes for DVD compliance while cleaning up the copy protection.

Open Season came out flawless and the software didn't have any problems.
