Hey,

I just bought a 250 gig western digital HDD and i was hoping to slave it to my current 80 gig HDD. When i connected it i wasn't detected at all. I tryed connecting it as a single HDD and instaling windows XP fresh, but during the instal it said that no HDD was connected. In all cases im sure the cables were connected in the proper way.

Any ideas?

what kind of jumper are you using?? you can try updating your bios too. that happend to me with my foxxcon mobo. i just updated the bios and it work find
