I've read 2-3 posts on diff forums relating to this problem but no answers. Common denominator seems to be Win XP OS and Athlon cpu. I ripped 2 diff. DVD's using smartripper2.41. Tried playing vob's w/ windows media player, powerdvd, microdvd. All play w/excellent clarity but if there's any motion in the frame its VERY jerkey...almost oscillating. Went on to create 2 svcd's using TMPGenc and tried playing those. Same jerky motion frames. Audio is fine. ANy help appreciated. PC is Athlon XP 2000 w/512 2700 DDR.
