The only thing i know is that DarK_Alex created DAX but it was very buggy. How is it now? What is Jax? what are the pros and cons of both? How do you run them? i have 3.10 OE-A

DAX and JAX are just compress iso. Since u have 3.10 OE then change them to CSO.
