Nero Recode - missing files?

I've just installed Nero 7 Ultra Edition and am looking at using Nero recode, but when I search for video files through recode they "appear" not to be there, however when I check through windows explorer they are there and are reconised as a Nero showtime file. How can I correct this so that recode can "see" the files? I've tried uninstalling and reinstaling, what next?

In Recode you have to click on the Import button and navigate to the folder Video_TS that has the files.Clicking on the movie title folder that has the Video_TS files won't do. Highlight and open.
