Loading after cutting Warnings/Previews

I normally use PGCEdit to skip the FBI warnings and Previews on DVDs, however this normally means about 10-20 seconds before the menu comes up and you can hear the disk loading.

Is there any easy way to getting rid of this "loading time" and making it so when the DVD is inserted it goes right to the menu rather then having the DVD try and play all the previews/warnings I have deleted?
