I just purchased DVD to Zune and installed it. Then I rebooted. Then I put a DVD in my DVD drive, the DVD plays properly in windows media player. Then I opened DVD to Zune and it fast-forwarded to the menu, then I clicked play and the movie began to play, and then a window opens and asks if I want to record now or from the starting point, several times I have clicked here and several times I have clicked starting point but I always get the same error:
An unhandled win 32 exception occured in DVD2X.exe [2348].
Nothing appears in the event viewer except the fact that the error happend...
I am running Windows XP Professional SP 2
1.5 Ghz intel celeron M processor
512 mb RAM
TSST Corp CDRW/DVD TSL462C is the drive
the driver is TSSTcorp CDRW/DVD TSL462C version 5.1.2535.0
I have tried 18 differend DVDs, some original and some copies, and some without menus at all and I get the same error every time...
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and uninstalled and installed the trial version and rebooted and uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted and all of that many times. I have updated my drivers and I have downgraded my drivers and I have uninstalled security software and I have installed DVD region breaking software and there really dosnt seem to be anything I can do.
The drive works fine for every other task, reading data, music and mixed mode cds and burning data, music and mixed mode cds and reading DVDs, I can rip music and I can rip DVDs with other programs so I have no idea what is wrong with this software.
I have already purchased the software and recieved the registration code so Cucusoft will not give me a refund.
please help me with this issue if at all possible.
