Multilingual and creating autoplay DVD

I have the multilingual version of Nero 7 but when I create a dvd it will not auto play....

When I install it the Ultra version is automatically installed and I think I need the premium version as I reside in Japan..The problem is I dont speak Japanese but want to play the dvd in this region...

Any ideas??
