I have a PS2, version 12, and am using SwapMagic 3.8. I'm having issues with the TOC refresh. When I press eject and it asks me to put a disc with a high TOC in, I put in my original San Andreas because I've read in other posts that it has a high TOC. The disc does not stop spinning so that I can take it out and put in the backup copy that works. The only thing wrong with my backup copy is that I had to shrink it to get it to run; the screen is small. Will the TOC refresh actually make the screen size on the game bigger? If not, please tell me so I can stop driving myself crazy...
