Damaged VOB

I have DVD with one damaged VOB. When I play it (previousely changing it's name to *.m2p) with Media Player, it plays, but time doesn't change. Because of that, I can't restructure it and in Authoring DVD program I can't make chapters. When I excuded video stream from the file with VOBEdit, I got repaired video stream file without audio. The problem is to exclude audio. VOBEdit couldn't do it, GoldWave couldn't to. Any suggestions?
