GCOS running snes emu on Wii

Wondring if anyone might be able to help me regarding running GCOS to make a bootable ISO i have of a snes emulator.

Ive been hours trying to get the file to open but with no success.

It starts,flickers and turns off.


I know you have to type something into notepad and name it .bat


MY SETUP:

I have an ISO file named snes9xgxWii

Im running a PAL system

If you could please type up exactly what i should put in notepad then i can copy and paste it.

and the name i should name the saved notepad file.

Also if i need to rename ISO file ???
