Basicly should I downgrade my PSP from 2.71 or from 3.03 becuase I want to know witch would be safer or easyer.

neither, downgrading always has its risks. if u downgrade from 3.03 however u need to have unpatched version of gta lcs

well i downgrade my ta-082 2.71 using the 2.71 ta-082 downgrader and it worked flawlessly.
