hey i was just woundering while installing a modchip on the wii and using soldering flux, do u put the soldering flux on the solder points, and then solder the wires on? (this is for wire installation)

If you need to ask that, this job is way too advanced for you, and you'll most likely destroy the whole thing. Soldering flux? What, you mean like "killed spirits"? Electronic multicore solder has the flux already in it. What are you using? Stuff to solder zinc sheet?

You should find that guide helpful. Yes, apply the flux to the soldering points.
