cso loading problem

First off, I'm a real noob so please be easy on me.

I am running 3.10 OE-A'. I placed the .cso of the game I am trying to run in the ISO folder in the root of my memory stick. I made sure that "Use No UMD" was disabled. But I am still not able to run the game. Am I doing something wrong?

try increasing cpu speed. if not its probably a bad cso
