I'm having issus with my pci controller card. UltraATA 100 PCI Controller by Siig. Granted I brought this card 2 years ago and this probably wasn't the best product to buy at the time (cheapy). My two problems include

doesn't boot windows. It trys to boot for like 4 minutes and then says it can't find the os or anything like that. But I've checked the Bio's hard drive set up and jumpers.

the card is a ATA/100, but i need an ATA/133 because my hard drive isn't old at all. bur Could I run a ATA/100 card with my hard drives though? If so, my computer would boot up though.

p4 1 ghz, gforce 64 mbs, 512 mbs pc133,
25gb (ultra), xp home

Trash Computer^^ (trash*the name* pc)
p3 450 mhz, 64mbs video card, 384 mbs pc100, 150 watts,
3 gigs (ultra), ubuntu linux
