trying to burn wii game, damaged?

hey i downloaded a wii game, extracted it to get a wii iso, it was the rite size 4.37gb. when i try to burn it it says invalid format does not support format(sumthing like that) when i try to open it it says that its damaged or invalid. does this mean i need a newer versionof WinRAR to extract it?

That just means you need to use ImgBurn to burn the image. You can search afterdawn for ImgBurn. It's freeware and I downloaded it from here to burn all my Wii images.
