Installed vonage and now TCP is firewalled with Bearshare

I have an ADSL high speed connection that works great with Bearshare 5.1.0b25--both TCP and UDP are nonfirewalled which equals BLAZING speeds.

Problem is, I installed vonage voip (Motorola VT2142 router) and now the TCP is firewalled. I'm able to access the router settings online, but am NOT sure what or how to configure. Any help is greatly appreciated.
