I love the big heap of legalese.. I wonder which old california tracker that was lifted from?? Reminds me very much of the old 90's napster terms.. Some parts have been superseded by recent p2p legislation, and other parts are just plain wrong. They are claiming ownership of everything in or out of the tracker at one point.. (I'm pretty good on legal spiel)
