YEs u can.Use TMPGEnc to convert to mpeg-2 format.Then use TMPGEnc Authoring to trascode files.

Or use Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Encore to build,trascode, make menus and to burn dvd movie.

All that Transcoding will degrade its quality! DivX DVD players are available now, so just buy one of them and save a fortune on DVD-R media.

True Oriphus, but it saves all that transcoding work which degrades it anyway! The DivX players I have used are very good and the quality is near that of DVD.

Much easier way: just load the AVI file into NeoDVD, it will encode it and then burn the dvd. Easy.
