Best Modchip for playing PAL games on NTSC Console

Wondering which modchip to get so that I can download PAL backups of games and play them on my NTSC Wii.

Sorry for being a noob but can you point me to where it says I can play PAL backups on my NTSC Wii?

I looked at the Wii Key Page and it says:

"Partial support for NTSC region Wii games/backups on PAL consoles"

Again my console is NTSC and I would like to play PAL backups...

I read the wii key specs wrong. I guess it really doesn't specify. However, google the following:

RegionFrii_v1.2_WII-SYNDiCATE

That basically converts any backup wii game in ISO format from PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL. If you want, I can email you this nifty little patcher. I used it on Magic Fruit Drop PAL and it works just fine on my NTSC console with Wii Key installed.
